Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a skilled Tube Roller to support the production of industrial heat exchangers in Tulsa. This position is responsible for rolling tubes into headers, ensuring secure, leak-free connections, and verifying that all assemblies meet strict quality and production standards.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a keen eye for precision in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience required
Tube rolling experience highly preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to accurately read measurements and follow work instructions
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform tube rolling operations on both front and back headers
Ensure proper tube expansion and secure, leak-free fit into headers
Verify tube projections, alignment, and assembly dimensions according to specifications
Inspect completed work for defects and verify compliance with quality standards
Use precision measuring tools to confirm required tolerances and dimensions
Assist with heat exchanger assembly operations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures, production standards, and quality requirements
Perform additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience manufacturing heat exchangers or pressure vessel components
Experience working with precision assembly and mechanical fitting processes
Familiarity with industrial fabrication and production environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working around industrial machinery and production equipment
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and heat exchanger fabrication facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality, safety, and precision workmanship
Exposure to fabrication equipment, assembly tools, industrial machinery, and heavy materials
Weekend schedule with the benefit of being paid for 40 hours while working three 12-hour shifts
