JOB SUMMARY
Danville Services of Arizona provides direct support for developmentally disabled adults in their homes. House Managers are responsible for managing the day to day operations of their program to assure clients achieve their desired quality of life, to have joy, relationships, and celebration in their lives, and to be as independent as possible. Managers are responsible to ensure that clients receive quality services, for managing their employees to ensure competency and to ensure adequate staffing of the group home.

Physical Requirements:
Requires repetitive manual and finger dexterity and eye- hand coordination; requires the ability to use all office equipment; and the ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds using appropriate body mechanics. Must be able to remain awake and alert for the duration of each shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit, and walk for periods of time. Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while assisting with the transfer of individuals weighing up to 250 pounds utilizing manual or mechanical lifting devices.
