Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with contractors, developers, and property managers, and promoting our trade services ( HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete and construction). The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands the trades environment, and can identify customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

What You Will Do

• Seek, target and initiate contact with new prospective customers.
• Establish relationships, maintain and grow existing customer base by becoming a trusted advisor.
• Conduct follow-up on leads generated through service technicians and advertising.
• Initiate and assist with proposal preparation for customers.
• Remain engaged in sold projects through completion
• Provide appropriate recommendations to solve customer needs.
• Identify and penetrate untapped markets.

What You Need

• 5+ years HVAC/R experience, with plumbing, electrical and construction a plus
• A culture of Service
• Self-starter, able to self-generate sales
• Strong initiative and ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relations and interaction skills
• Ability and willingness to develop strong knowledge base of industry and services offered.
• People person with the ability to build strong relationship with field technicians to establish and cultivate sales leads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
