    Job Summary

    Required Education & Experience

    High School Diploma / GED

    Minimum 1 year manufacturing or business experience, preferably automotive

    Ability to communicate with all people, respected by peers.

    Have a proven work record of safe work practices.

    Have a proven work record of meeting production schedules.

    Have a proven work record of meeting quality standards.

    Have a proven work record of continuous improvement involvement.

    An understanding of modern production methods such as single piece flow, cellular manufacturing

    Essential Functions/Competency Level

    Responsible for creating BOL and Customs Paperwork

    Perform real-time label swap once load is staged.

    Perform scan verifications.

    Ensure posting of BOL and monitor ASN.

    Maintain FG container inventories.

    Ensure FIFO

    Will load trucks, if needed, to ensure shipments are ready for shipping.

    The employee must be able to use the telephone.

    The employee must be able to use the computer for extended periods of time.

    Physical Demands

    Constant communication with employees, peers, and management

    Overtime is required.

    Health & Safety

    Compliance with Occupational safety sections of Act.

    Must report all accidents and near misses to your supervisor.

    Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies, and procedures.

    Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or certain clothing as required by the company.
