Tumbler

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in concrete products, is seeking a Tumbler to join their team. As a Tumbler, you will be part of the production department supporting the finishing and quality control of concrete pavers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Assist in plant start-up procedures as instructed by supervisors
• Perform quality control on finished products, removing any that do not meet standards
• Stack and sort concrete pavers on elevated pallets manually
• Clean up designated work areas at the end of each shift
• Support other plant areas as needed and directed by supervisors

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours
• Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions based on season
• Exposure to noise and dust, requiring use of PPE including safety shoes, hard hats, ear and eye protection
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to perform manual labor involving lifting up to 75 lbs
