Role Description The Tumbling Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cranberry Township, PA, responsible for teaching tumbling skills to children and youth in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. Day-to-day tasks include planning and leading classes, demonstrating proper tumbling techniques, and supervising drills and practice activities. The instructor will monitor participants’ progress, provide individualized feedback, and adjust instruction to accommodate different ages and skill levels. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe training area, enforcing safety guidelines, communicating with parents or guardians about participant progress and schedules, and collaborating with church staff to support program events and performances. The role also involves preparing lesson plans, coordinating with other instructors, and contributing to the positive, values-based culture of Abundant Life Fellowship Church.\n
