    Description

    • Oversees field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations.
    • Collaborates with other Superintendents and subcontractors.
    • Closely monitors communicates risks, status etc. in project review meetings.
    • Assists Engineers with quantities and productions.
    • Establishes and promotes a safety culture.
    • Ensures labor, equipment and materials are maintained, protected, secured and used at optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
    • Coaches and provides on-the-job training to crews.
    • Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providing feedback and assessing performance.
    • Schedules and Oversees field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and all construction operations.
    • Ensures production goals are achieved.
    • Ensures project personnel adheres to Safety and Quality Standards.
    • Ensures accurate and timely quantity tracking.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education

    High School Diploma or GED

    Certifications

    Employment Conditions

    5 years of experience

    Heavy civil construction experience required

    HCSS experience preferred
