Our client is seeking a Turf Division Manager to join our team! The Turf Division Manager will manage all field operations within the division while creating and maintaining a positive professional culture and team atmosphere.

- Starting base compensation between $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience

Requirements for our Turf Division Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in turf management, landscaping or lawn care operations
- 2+ years in a leadership role (managing crews, supervisors or divisions)
- Experience overseeing multiple properties, routes and service lines
- Demonstrated understanding of turf health and fertilization programs
- Certified Commercial Applicator License
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Experience scheduling crews, optimizing routes, and ensuring efficient service delivery
- Experience managing budgets, job costing and controlling labor and material costs
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in turf management, horticulture, agronomy or a related field
- Ornamental Turf & Pest Control (MDA-3) Certification
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creating an atmosphere of cooperation and professionalism among team members in the division
- Coordinating the use of resources including labor, equipment and materials
- Managing division budgets
- Ensuring quality and customer service through regular site visions
- Coaching and developing field staff, including hiring and retention of division staff
- Acting as a member of the leadership team
- Other duties as assigned
