About The Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a turndown attendant. The turndown attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.
What You'll Do
Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift.
Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.
Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
What You Bring
One to two years' experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred
Strong communication skills
Work authorization in the United States
Basic writing, reading and speaking skills in English
What To Expect
Work 25 hours a week that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement on guestroom floors, pushing supply carts, and completing room preparations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and hotel operations team to ensure every guest room is flawless and ready to exceed guest expectations.
