Position Summary 

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Turndown Attendant to provide an exceptional evening housekeeping service and create a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, discreet, and committed to maintaining high hospitality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare guest rooms for evening turndown service 
  • Close curtains, adjust lighting, and create a relaxing atmosphere 
  • Neatly turn down beds and change linens when necessary 
  • Replenish towels, toiletries, and in-room amenities 
  • Remove trash and used items from guest rooms 
  • Ensure overall cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation of rooms 
  • Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly 
  • Respect guest privacy while delivering discreet and professional service 


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping or hotel service experience 
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards 
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills 
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods 
  • Professional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude 
  • Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Experience in a boutique or luxury hotel environment
