Description
* Support delivery of projects ranging from $1M to $2B across varied sectors
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, and project documentation
* Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and cost control
* Engage in preconstruction, procurement, and change management
* Maintain regular site presence with hands-on project involvement
Profile
* 2-7+ years of experience in construction or project engineering
* Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Comfortable working on large, complex construction projects
* Motivated by growth, mentorship, and long-term career progression
Job Offer
* $100,000-$180,000 base salary plus sign-on bonus up to 25% of base
