Overview:

Providence Country Club is seeking a Turnhouse Supervisor to join our team to provide food and beverage service for the golf course turn and/or snack bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Individuals considered for this position will be expected to excel in fast-paced, high-volume, environment and must positively contribute to the country club and golf course atmosphere. Dependability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a vibrant personality are expected. This individual must be able to respond promptly to customer needs while deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Greets the members and guests cheerfully by name if possible or addresses them by sir or ma’am.
• Assists with table setup, maintenance, cleanliness of dining areas.
• Complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely fashion.
• Serves Alcoholic Beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
• Maintains full knowledge of food and beverage offerings, current a la carte menus and Daily Specials.
• Properly receives, stores and inventories all beverage and/or bar products.
• Communicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Does side work during non-busy hours.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Will assure that member’s satisfaction standards are consistently attained and will seek opportunities to create positive, memorable experience for both members and guests.
• Maintains a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area.
• Preforms additional duties as assigned by manager.
• Includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to use a point of sale terminal
• Basic Mathematical Skills (Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide)
• Must be of age to serve an Alcoholic Beverage in the State of North Carolina
• Country Club Experience preferred but not required

Salary Range: USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
