Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Turning Machinist for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • As a machinist you will develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, Wire EDM, or 3 to 5 axis Milling centers.
 
Requirements:
  • Client is looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn advanced machining skills.
  • This position will require a machinist with a knack for precision, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, strong teamwork, a positive attitude, dedication, and job flexibility are a must.
  • In addition, you will interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management as well as production/NPI Schedulers.
  • Experience with any/all of the following is highly desired:
  • CNC Turning
  • Swiss Style Lathes
  • Mill/Turn Machine Center
  • Wire EDM
  • Advanced Metrology
  • CNC Programming/CAM Programming Software
  • CAD/Solid Modeling
  • Tool Grinding
  • Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
