• Lead the cost management process for turnkey tenders, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost strategies that align with Alstoms mission and customer needs.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and optimizing project budgets and resources.
• Support the development and execution of strategic visions for the Airport Service Delivery Center (SDC).
• Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team.

What you bring

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Bachelor's required; Master's preferred).
• Experience in cost management, financial analysis, or project management within transportation or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills in managing multi-functional teams and driving change.
• Ability to build customer value through sustainable relationships and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
