Responsibilities include;
- Operate Equipment: Use material handling equipment as needed including operating a turret truck (training/certification may be required).
- Organize and Store: Place items in designated locations, maintaining a neat and efficient warehouse.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of received items, including quantities and locations.
- Track and Monitor: Keep an eye on inventory levels and movements, ensuring everything is accounted for.
- Reconcile and Audit: Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster clear and effective communication to support seamless operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic math and computer skills, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
- Experience driving a turret truck
