Turret Operator

Full Time Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM

Operate specialized turret equipment to efficiently pick, move, and position full pallets of product within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ensure accurate staging, storage, and put-away of materials while consistently adhering to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Play a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and high-performing operation through precision, attention to detail, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick orders by labeling all boxes, pallets, bins, and packages with order number, receiver name, and case quantity
• Identify and escalate any ticket discrepancies promptly to the appropriate leader
• Complete order picking efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Support warehouse flow by assisting with freight movement and product location after order completion
• Inspect pallets during use and report any damage to a supervisor immediately
• Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required maintenance checklists
• Monitor battery levels and ensure proper charging, cleaning, and storage of all material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all time

Ways You'll Contribute Beyond the Role

• Operate and assist with various warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain productivity standards

What You Bring to the Team

• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in the designated language of the facility
• Comfortable working in extreme temperature environments, ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while using company-provided protective gear
• Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs consistently (may vary by facility)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, which may be loud at times
