Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

To Get The Job You Need:
- 2+ years verifiable experience operating punch or turret press
- Strong blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
- Good penmanship and basic computer literacy (preferred)
- Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and standard inspection tools
How You'll Spend Your Shift- Set up and operate Punch Press using pancake and some progressive dies
- Follow Routing Report instructions and engineering drawings for setups
- Pull and utilize proper tooling for each job
- Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Maintain highest quality standards under AS9100 quality system
- Report to the Production Manager and management team
- Ensure punctuality, strong attendance, and production pace compliance
