Long-Lewis Auto Group is looking for a Reconditioning Center Automotive Detail Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll help prepare pre-owned vehicles for retail sale by cleaning, detailing, and restoring their appearance to Long-Lewis standards. About the Role:

The Reconditioning Center Automotive Detail Technician is responsible for cleaning and detailing pre-owned vehicles inside and out to ensure they are retail-ready. You'll work alongside the reconditioning team to deliver vehicles that look their best while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive detailing experience is not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

What You'll Do:

• Wash, clean, and detail the interior and exterior of pre-owned vehicles
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces
• Polish, wax, and apply protective finishes as needed
• Clean windows, wheels, tires, and engine compartments
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Long-Lewis quality standards
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with the reconditioning team to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
