Position Details
<\/h3>

• Top Locations:<\/b> <\/span>Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, South Mountain, Ahwatukee, Arcadia , Phoenix — student assignments are generally within 20 minutes of your preferred area
  <\/li>
• Hours:<\/b> Typical <\/span>4–6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM
  <\/li>
• Compensation:<\/b> <\/span>$18–$27/hr (1099 contract position) + performance bonuses

  What We're Looking For
  <\/h3>

  • Experience tutoring or teaching in <\/span>math (all levels)<\/b>, <\/span>elementary reading/math<\/b>, or <\/span>test preparation<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree
    <\/li>
  • Strong communicator who can adapt to different learning styles
    <\/li>
  • Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
    <\/li>
  • Genuine passion for education and student success
    <\/li>
  • Specialized certifications are a plus, but not required
