Basic Function: Tutors provide academic support to students by meeting with them to clarify course content, enhance comprehension, and strengthen study and learning strategies. Responsibilities may include reviewing instructional materials, discussing textbook concepts, anticipating potential examination questions, assisting with idea development for written assignments, and guiding students through problem‑solving processes.
