Schedule

Permanent 2nd Shift

5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Continental Schedule

  • Work 2 days
  • Off 2 days
  • Work 3 days
  • Then the schedule reverses the following week

You''ll work 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next, providing built-in overtime while still enjoying regular days off.

What You''ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you''ll help produce high-quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate advanced laser welding equipment
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Set up equipment for production runs and product changeovers
  • Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring devices
  • Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work with your team to meet production goals

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to build a long-term career.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or material handling experience
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to safety and quality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
