Two's Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Two's Teacher to join our team. As a Two's Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Your role will involve implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a love for learning and exploration in toddlers.Key Responsibilities: Implement dynamic, engaging lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum Provide a variety of interactive and hands-on learning experiences through play, storytelling, sensory activities, arts and crafts, music, movement, and more Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected Monitor, document, and assess each child's progress, using observation and assessment tools, and provide detailed feedback to parents and caregivers Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, well-rounded educational program Use effective classroom management and positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive behaviors Offer individualized attention to children who may require additional support or early intervention Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, development milestones, and progress reports Communicate regularly and effectively with parents or guardians to discuss their child's growth, milestones, and any concernsBenefits: We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
