Duties
Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity, and independence among toddlers
Manage daily routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play while ensuring child safety
Utilize behavior management techniques to guide positive social interactions and address behavioral challenges
Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, milestones, and any developmental concerns through regular updates
Skills
Ability to take directions from lead teacher to help maintain the classroom continuity
Proficiency in classroom management techniques tailored for two-year-olds to foster a positive environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members
Experience working with children in daycare or preschool environments
Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom environment
