Description
Build complex piping systems that keep Texas facilities running
At HardHat, our projects span busy commercial builds and heavy industrial sites. As a Texas-licensed Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber, you’ll arrive on site ready to read the plan of the day, stage materials, and assemble reliable systems using copper, CPVC (cvpc), and stainless piping with swaglock fittings. You’ll work with a crew that values craftsmanship, safety, and getting it right the first time.
What you’ll bring
Current Texas Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber License
3–5 years of commercial/industrial experience
Hands-on experience with copper pipe, CPVC (cvpc) pipe, and stainless piping with swaglock
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Your own plumbing tools
Compensation
Apprentice: up to $30/hour DOE + $90.00 per diem (for days worked)
Journeyman: up to $42.00/hour DOE + $90.00 per diem (for days worked)
