In this position...
Perform as subject matter expert, directly responsible individual, and implementation owner for multiple vehicle fleet operation tasks. Independently develop, lead, and train others on future enhancements and efficiencies of fleet operations.
Own or provide support for all vehicle fleet operations to include but not limited to the following areas: vehicle ordering, delivery, service, billing, insurance, ticket/citation/toll processing, titling/registration, compliance, disposal, purchase processing, employee purchase programs, and customer service.
This fast-paced role will require ownership to shape the future of fleet operations while collaborating closely to achieve personal, team, management, and corporate objectives.

This position is a salary grades 5-7 and ranges from $65,100-$144,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate''s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

Administer company vehicle fleet insurance policies:
Plan and execute all aspects of the annual insurance policy renewals with internal and external business partners from our insurance company, insurance agency, corporate insurance, and the multiple systems teams
Maintain all cards and processes with legal, tax office, corporate insurance, government offices, dealers and vendor relationships (both manual and system generated)
Review, develop, and revise certifications and verifications processes to align with constantly changing government regulations
Own oversight of fleet used vehicle purchase programs:
Ensure policies and processes, internally and with external vendor(s), remain current and efficient
Ownership for the purchase order processes for any vendor operation that supports the used fleet purchase programs
Provide end-to-end on policy and process revisions with various stakeholders including vendor(s), remarketing, and the multiple systems teams
Coordinate fleet operations involvement in accounting and finance to support customer experience while avoiding negative financial impact to the fleet programs:
Evaluate, organize and coordinate cross functional support requests outside of the operation of the fleet programs relative to the vehicle fleet:
