Position Requirements: *Have a general knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel

• Must have good customer service, communication skills, problem solving, and a can-do attitude
• Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies. The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Answering phones
• Greeting guests
• Mail distribution within the department
• Data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
• Manual assembly
