Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified UA to join their team!

The UA Technician monitor's collection process of client UAs. Document the UA encounter in the client's electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the Human Services field preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collection of UA samples, including mouth swab samples
  • Entering results of UAs into Adapt's electronic medical record, additionally enter results into court systems as needed
  • Weekly inventory report
  • Prepare UA samples for shipment
  • Accurately follow and document chain of custody, reporting all deviations when necessary
  • Provide emergency intervention when necessary
  • Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer from mental health issues and substance use disorders
