Our Contact Center serves as the central hub for inbound and outbound communications across the LifeBridge Health system. As the first point of contact for many patients, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, efficient, and personalized service while helping patients navigate their healthcare journey.

What You'll Do

As a UC Contact Center Agent I, you'll support patients, providers, and clinical teams by managing a variety of requests with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries received by phone, the electronic medical record (EMR) patient portal, the LifeBridge Health website, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments for designated provider practices and departments.
  • Process prescription refill requests and route messages according to established protocols.

What You'll Bring

Education

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiring specialized knowledge.

Experience

  • One to three years of customer service, contact center, medical office, scheduling, or healthcare-related experience.
