About the Role:
Join Allstream Services & Rental as a UHP Blaster, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surface preparation services. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to our mission of excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Works under direction of lead and UHP technician
  • Assist in setup of UHP equipment
  • Assist tending hoses in robotic blast operations
  • Manually blast with UHP guns to achieve required surface preparation spec.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Operate and maintain UHP blasting equipment and tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Report any issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in UHP blasting.
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations during operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in blasting preferred.
  • Experience in UHP blasting or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
