• Lead frontend architecture and development using React.js, Redux, Hooks, HOCs, and middleware
• Own UI technical design, enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization
• Hands-on expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration
• Guide and mentor UI developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving
• Manage build and versioning using Webpack, Git, and CI/CD-aligned workflows
• Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and product teams to ensure scalable, high quality UI delivery
