About the Role Lateral Insights is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create seamless user experiences across web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, has strong visual design skills, and enjoys solving complex design challenges in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities - Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for enterprise digital applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Maintain design consistency using design systems and best practices.
- Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) to create and optimize digital experiences.
- Present design concepts and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on UX Design experience.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- 3+ years of experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
- 1+ year of experience using Sketch and other UX/UI design tools.
- Experience designing user experiences for complex digital products or enterprise applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering high-quality designs.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing end-to-end digital products and enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Experience collaborating in Agile development environments.
