Works within standard procedures and work instructions, and under close guidance of more experienced colleagues. Tests software or applications, fixes straightforward bugs and escalates problems related to functionality issues. Suggests recommendations for bug / problem resolution.
Additional Details: Be able to elicit customer requirements and design UI with user experience in mind. Be able to create wireframes that can be implemented easily into the code. I'm looking for a UX/UI Designer for the iDEN application. If the person could develop as well, that would be ideal.
