Job Summary:<\/b> As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as designing seamless user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross -functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to translate user needs and business goals into engaging and user -centered designs.   • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.

  • Create user personas, user journeys, and other relevant documentation.
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    UI Design:<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Develop high -quality user interfaces, including layout, typography, color schemes, and visual elements.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Design responsive and adaptive interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      UX Design:<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Design and iterate on user flows, information architecture, and interaction design<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and implementation of designs<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and make necessary improvements
        <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Interaction Design:<\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test user interactions
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Define and implement UI animations and transitions to enhance user experience.
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to enhance interaction design.

          Collaboration:<\/b>
          <\/div>
          • Work closely with cross -functional teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs

          • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers

            Visual Design:<\/b><\/span>

            • ​<\/b>Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity and guidelines

            • Select and manipulate images, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the design

              Requirements<\/h3>
              • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
                <\/span><\/li>
              • 1+ Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Strong understanding of user -centered design principles and best practices
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Familiarity with front -end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, etc.)
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross -functional teams effectively
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Creative problem -solving skills and an ability to balance user needs with business goals
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Up -to -date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
                <\/span><\/li>
              • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

              • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

                Preferred Qualifications:

                • 1+ Experience designing for mobile applications and/or web platforms

                • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines

                • Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Adobe XD

                • Experience with user interface animation and micro -interactions
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Understanding of front -end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design)
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies<\/span>
