Qualifications:- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 4-12+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities
Duties:- Designs user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Conducts user research, creates personas, and develops user journey maps.
- Designs wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conducts usability testing and incorporates feedback into designs.
- Develops design systems and style guides.
- Collaborates with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity.
- Ensures designs meet accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
