Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in user interface design, customer experience, and product collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of modern design systems, usability principles, and hands-on experience in Figma and React JS, with the ability to translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions aligned with modern design standards and usability best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into interactive design concepts.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed visual designs using Figma.

  • Work alongside development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components in React JS.

  • Enhance overall customer experience by modernizing interfaces and ensuring intuitive navigation flows.

  • Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on feedback and analytics.

  • Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency across applications.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Total Experience: 8–10 years overall, with at least 3+ years in UI/UX Design.

  • Proficiency in Figma and React JS.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

  • Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and design prototypes.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with business and product teams to define user requirements.

  • Excellent understanding of customer experience design, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with design systems or component-based design in enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Basic understanding of front-end development workflows.
