Description

• Lead design-system initiatives and collaborate on strategy and platform architecture.
• Transform product challenges into standardized system patterns.
• Define experience requirements for AI-assisted development tools.
• Create prototypes to address behavioral issues in design.
• Ensure design intent is effectively translated into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system standards from product problems.
• Define and verify standards for human and machine use.
• Create reusable patterns for product autonomy and reliability.
• Prototype interactions and behaviors for effective decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers to bring designs into production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with system-wide scope.
• Proven ability to create standards and patterns used by multiple teams.
• Experience designing complex interactions, including accessibility and recovery.
• Ability to translate design intent into structured specifications and artifacts.
• Extensive collaboration with engineering from concept to implementation.
