The ideal candidate will be able to understand and document how an application and its workflows operate, then carry that understanding consistently through wireframes and final approved designs.You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to translate complex business requirements into cohesive, end-to-end user experiences. The goal is to create designs that are detailed and complete enough to minimize gaps during development and reduce the need for developers to make independent UX decisions during implementation.Required ExperienceActive TS/SCI clearance with current CI Polygraph18 years of UI/UX Design, UI/UX Development, or highly related experience with similar scope and responsibilitiesBachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experienceMaster's degree may substitute for 6 years of experienceExperience documenting user workflows and translating them into wireframes and final UI designsAbility to design complete, interconnected user experiences, including administrative functionality and end-user workflowsExperience taking designs from low-fidelity concepts through high-fidelity, stakeholder-approved solutionsExperience designing complex, workflow-driven enterprise applicationsProficiency with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop in a NIPR environmentDesired ExperienceExperience in any of the following is a plus:SCSS/SASS and micro-animations for user feedbackJava Web, Node.js, or AWS environmentsGitLabAgile/Scrum development environmentsWebSockets or other technologies supporting real-time data updatesSalary Range Disclaimer: The posted salary range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum compensation DAn Solutions expects to pay for this position. The position may be filled at different Labor Category (LCAT) levels depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and applicable contract requirements. Final compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the applicable LCAT and factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and other required qualifications.
