UI/UX - UX Researcher V
Location: US - CA - Menlo Park, US - WA - Seattle, or US - NY - NYC ONSITE
Compensation: $82 - $92 hourly
Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Researcher for a temporary assignment to support product and experience research. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help identify user needs, evaluate concepts and experiences, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a temporary assignment and not a full-time employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 5+ years of experience conducting UX research or human-centered research (industry, consulting, or equivalent), or 10+ years of general experience. Strong quantitative research skills, including designing, fielding, and analyzing large/complex surveys. Prior experience with the specified client environment is required.
Skills: Core UX research craft, including method selection and translating findings into actionable product/design recommendations. Strong stakeholder influence with the ability to build relationships and present to leadership.
