Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Advanced proficiency in Sketch including symbols, shared libraries, nested symbols, and prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs
Proficiency with design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision, or similar)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs
Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability heuristics is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate user interactions and product functionality
Utilize Sketch to its full potential creating and managing complex symbol systems, shared libraries, and responsive design templates
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
Translate business and user requirements into compelling UI/UX solutions
Ensure consistency in visual elements and behaviors across all platforms
Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data
