What you’ll own

  • System command: Administer UKG Pro end-to-end. Configure workflows, business rules, and security roles to match organizational policies. Coordinate releases and regression testing with UKG and internal partners.
  • Data trust: Run audits, validations, and reconciliations. Build custom reports and BI dashboards using UKG Pro BI tools and Cognos. Equip HR and leadership with actionable insights.
  • Process lift: Map current-state to future-state, streamline cross-functional handoffs with HR, Payroll, and IT, and maintain clean SOPs.
  • User success: Resolve incidents quickly, create how-tos and training content, and deliver sessions that boost adoption.
  • Delivery: Lead or contribute to module implementations, integrations, and continuous enhancements.

Do you bring

Education

  • BA/BS in HR, IS, Business, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • Working knowledge of HR processes, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
  • Preferred: UKG Pro BI reporting, Cognos, and advanced Excel.
  • Analytical rigor, crisp communication, and strong problem-solving.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and work independently.

Bonus points

  • 1–3 years configuring UKG Pro (UltiPro).
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, third-party systems).
  • Exposure to Bryte, Performance/Career, People Assist, Talk, Great Place to Work, Employee Voice, Learning, Recruiting, and Performance modules.
  • UKG certification or formal UKG training.

Where you’ll work

Our industrial manufacturing and distribution center features moderate to high noise levels, temperature changes, and active material-handling equipment. Expect extended standing/walking on concrete and use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots). It’s fast-paced, time- and safety-sensitive, with varied shifts supporting production and distribution.
