We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Supervisor for a full-time, permanent opportunity in the Aiken, South Carolina area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Ultrasound / Sonography professional who is ready to take the next step in leadership or continue growing their career in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Ultrasound department
• Supervise and support sonographers and imaging staff
• Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and daily department operations
• Help maintain high standards for image quality and patient care
• Ensure departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance
• Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and other imaging professionals
• Perform ultrasound examinations as needed while supporting department operations

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures, equipment, and patient care
• Appropriate sonography certification/credentials
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Supervisory, lead, or management experience within Ultrasound or Diagnostic Imaging preferred
