Responsibilities:
  • The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • This role requires technical expertise, strong patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. 
  • The Sonographer utilizes specialized imaging equipment to capture and interpret sonographic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established clinical protocols and regulatory standards. 
Qualifications:

Job Requirements:  

  • Associate's degree in either Radiologic Technology or Sonography.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

  • The following certification(s) are required upon hire or must be obtained within 120 days of hire:  
  • ARRT (R) and MRT, or 
  • ARRT (S), or 
  • ARDMS.
