Responsibilities
Perform ultrasound exams with patient prep and safety protocols.
Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
Document findings clearly and accurately in patient records.
Maintain equipment and ensure calibration and infection control standards.
Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and determine next steps.
Communicate progress and outcomes to supervisors using defined pipelines.
Proactively seek merit-based opportunities and take ownership of personal targets.
Manage daily workflow to meet targets and maximize throughput.
Demonstrate continuous learning through professional development activities.
Adhere to contract terms and on-site work schedule, with reliable attendance.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience/Qualifications
Certification as an ultrasound technologist (ARDMS or equivalent).
Experience performing general ultrasound exams with patient prep and safety protocols.
HIPAA privacy and confidentiality knowledge and compliant handling of records.
Accurate documentation of findings in patient records and reporting to physicians.
Proactive equipment maintenance, calibration, and infection control standards.
Ability to collaborate with physicians and interpret results for next steps.
Strong communication to update supervisors via defined pipelines and dashboards.
