Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation Position: Ultrasound TechnologistLocation: 300 Market Street, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663Schedule: Per Diem (PRN), 8:00am - 4:00pm

Compensation: $47.50 per hour

Responsibilities

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform Ultrasound evaluations of patients and communicate findings to the Radiologist.

  • The General Ultrasound Tech will be responsible for venous/vascular studies and abdominal, renal, and small parts.
  • Assist in determining needs for equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Perform clerical duties related to the operation of the department
  • Assist in transporting patients as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Certificate from a Diagnostic Ultrasound School
  • Certification or certification eligible by a certified agency, A.R.D.M.S., A.R.R.T., C.C.I.
  • Graduated from an accredited Ultrasound program
  • Vascular ultrasound experience and RDMS certification required

Per Diem Requirement: Must be available to work Six (6) shifts per Six (6) week schedule; Three (3) must be on the Weekend (Saturday''s or Sunday''s).
