About the Role:
Advance Diagnostics in Pontiac, MI is looking for a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our dedicated diagnostic team. If you're passionate about patient care and delivering high-quality imaging results, this is your opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives every day.



Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, vascular, small Parts and obstetric imaging
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal image quality
• Analyze sonographic images and relay findings to physicians and radiologists
• Document patient histories, exam results, and technical findings accurately in medical records
• Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance protocols
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and scheduling

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification (or registry-eligible) required
• Previous clinical experience in ultrasound imaging preferred
• Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and PACS systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team
