    Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Haverhill and WestboroughUltrasound Technician/Sonographer Flexible full time or per diem hours available - primarily day shift with some flexibility needed$32-$50 depending on experience$5,000 sign on bonusWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Ultrasound Technician (Sonographer) to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital team for both Westborough and Haverhill locations.  This role focuses on diagnostic imaging for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.  Many with mobility or medical complexity requiring bedside imaging.Responsibilities:
    • Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams (abdominal, vascular, soft tissue)
    • Conduct portable/bedside imaging for patients with limited mobility
    • Safely position and assist patients with physical or cognitive impairments
    • Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate EMR documentation
    • Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team
    • Follow infection control, patient safety, and privacy standards
    Qualifications:
    • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
    • ARDMS or ARRT (Sonography) certification required
    • BLS certification required
    • Inpatient or rehab experience perferred
    Compliance Requirements:
    • Adhere to Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), The Joint Commission standards, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
    • Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines
