Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technician program.
  • Certifications Requirements: ARDMS (RDMS or RDCS or RVT), BLS (AHA), State license if applicable.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound technology experience.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 4 10-hour shifts per week, effective communication skills, and ability to handle procedural work in high-pressure environments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ultrasound imaging services across general, OBGYN, and vascular procedures, ensuring accurate diagnostic results.
  • Perform 8-10 scans/studies daily, managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
  • Operate and troubleshoot Philips radiology equipment, including maintaining proper protocols on Fuji EPIC EMR and PACS systems.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and integrate findings into patient care plans.
  • Adhere to hospital policies regarding infection control, patient confidentiality, and safety standards during all procedures.
