Pride Health is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist to support our clients medical facilities based in Houston, TX 77055 & 77024. This is a 3-month assignment, with possibility of extension or conversion opportunity, and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality vascular and venous sonographic studies following established KSC Radiology protocols. • Appropriately seek physician intervention as needed during diagnostic exams. • Apply technical principles to ensure optimal image production, considering patient anatomy, orientation, and clinical abnormalities. • Communicate effectively with patients of varying ages and backgrounds to provide clear instructions during procedures. • Participate in technical quality control, including routine equipment checks, maintenance, and reporting operational issues. • Maintain and document cleaning logs and ensure adequate supply levels.
Qualifications
• High school or GED or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in vascular ultrasound • At least 1 year of cumulative experience in venous sonography • RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) - Required • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - Required
