Responsibilities
Perform high-quality vascular and venous sonographic studies following established KSC Radiology protocols. Appropriately seek physician intervention as needed during diagnostic exams. Apply technical principles to ensure optimal image production considering patient anatomy orientation and clinical abnormalities. Communicate effectively with patients of varying ages and backgrounds to provide clear instructions during procedures. Participate in technical quality control, including routine equipment checks, maintenance, and reporting operational issues. Maintain and document cleaning logs and ensure adequate supply levels.
Education
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program is required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience in vascular ultrasound. At least 1 year of cumulative experience in venous sonography.
