Pay: $32.72 – $72.46 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

The Organization
A not-for-profit community medical center that has served the Montana-Dakota (MonDak) region for more than 100 years. Recognized as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital and a Five-Star–rated Hospital and Nursing Home, it brings together 500+ caregivers and services rarely found in a community its size — from state-of-the-art imaging and cancer care to a locally owned air ambulance — within a supportive, family-like, small-town environment in Eastern Montana.

The Position
We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join the Radiology/Imaging team, performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations independently and competently. Full-time (72 hours per two-week pay period), day shift (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days/week) with on-call and holiday call rotation; sign-on bonus available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform ultrasound examinations independently (General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Pediatrics, MSK, and procedures).
  • Assist the Interventional Radiologist with procedures as needed.
  • Chart accurately in the Epic EMR and Sectra PACS.
  • Maintain certifications and continuing education; deliver excellent patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a two-year Ultrasound program.
  • 5+ years of ultrasound experience preferred.
  • ARDMS certification in OB/GYN or Abdomen (RVT preferred in addition).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

All qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
